Intersecting lines are lines that crosses each other.

• It is important the these lines to intersect because they have a point where they intersect and without that point they wouldn't be considered intersecting lines. Intersecting lines are very important because they help out with everyday situations like say, for example, that you pull up to a 4 way intersection but there are only 3 lanes. How could one side get to the ther without that other lane. To most people this would not make sense, but, it clearly explains that without intersecting lines that the world could come to a horrible clause if intersecting lines were not the way they are now.
